Job requirements

What we're looking for.

No degree, no prior fundraising experience needed. If you check the boxes below and you're ready to learn, we'll take care of the rest.

Must-haves
  • 18 years or older
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Fluent, confident spoken English
  • Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods, in most weather
  • Available for afternoon/early-evening shifts, at least 4 days per week
  • Clean criminal record check (we'll help arrange it)
Nice-to-haves
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality or fundraising
  • A second language spoken in Calgary communities
  • Own smartphone for team communication
  • Reliable transportation to the office

Do I need experience?

No. Most of our fundraisers had never done this work before. If you're a good listener and willing to learn, we'll train you.

How does pay work?

We offer competitive pay with performance bonuses on top. You're paid from day one of training. We'll walk you through the full structure during your interview.

Am I collecting cash at the door?

Never. We only sign up committed monthly donors via secure tablet — no cash, cheques or card details change hands.

What are the hours?

Typical shifts run afternoons and early evenings, Monday to Saturday. Full-time and part-time positions available.

Where do you operate?

Calgary, Alberta — across residential neighbourhoods from the Beltline out to Auburn Bay, Tuscany, Bridgeland and beyond.
